The applicant is convicted by the of JMFC Court and the said judgment is confirmed by Sessions Judge, for the offence punishable under Section 27 and 29 read with Section 51 of Wildlife (Protection)Act and under Section 26 (1) (g) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927. He was on bail during the trial as well as during the pendency of appeal. Looking to the submissions, the application is allowed. Jail sentence is suspended till decision of the revision application. The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Bail bond before the trial Court. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
