Present application is filed by applicant/Appellant Executive Engineer, Arunavati Canal Division, Yavatmal for grant of permission to deposit compensation amount. There is no objection for depositing the compensation amount by the Respondents.

Accordingly, the applicant/Appellant is permitted to deposit the D.D. of compensation amount within two days. 3.

After deposit of the said compensation amount, the Respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(C) are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation in their share.

The Registry is directed to release the compensation amount after depositing the D.D. by the Appellant/Applicant and after due verification of bank details of the Respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(C).

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
