Civil Application is not on board. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioners is seeking time to obtain instructions. However, we find that applicants are complainants at whose instance the impugned action

It appears that there was one more Writ Petition i.e. Writ Petition No. 7128/2017 and it has been disposed of by directing to complete the enquiry into recruitment expeditiously.

In present matter, this Court has on 02.04.2018, protected employment of petitionersemployees. Their grievance is that they are not given any opportunity in the alleged enquiry.

In this situation, we allow Civil Application and dispose of the same. Applicants be added as respondent nos. 6 onwards. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel waives notice for added respondents.

Respondents are free to file their reply, if any by 15.11.2018. List the matter for further consideration, thereafter.
