Heard the learned counsel for the parties for sometime.

The issue involved in the present petition is about the legality and validity of the Government Resolution dated 16.10.2012, however, there is no challenge to the relevant provision of the Government Resolution in the present matter. 3.
Hence, the petitioners seek's permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh petition to challenge the legality and validity of the Government Resolution dated 16.10.2012.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the same as permissible under the provisions of law.
