ATE : DECEMBER 16, 2024 1) Respondents Nos.3 and 4 moved an application for speaking to minutes, and thereby, they sought correction in the order dated 14/11/2024, as mentioned in the application. 2) Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that in para 1 and 2 of the order dated 14/11/2024, inadvertently, due to the typographical mistake, the area of the land acquired was mentioned as "4.05HR instead of 0.05HR." 3) Likewise, in line No.6 of para 1, area land to the extent of "0.26 HR" has been mentioned, "instead of 0.21 HR". Hence, he has prayed for correction of the same, for which learned Counsel for the petitioner has given no objection. 4) In view of the same, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 14/11/2024 be corrected and uploaded.

2 12-wp 2708.2020.doc 5) Learned Assistant Government Pleader undertakes to submit measurement by 20/12/2024, by which date learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 also undertakes to deposit the amount of compensation in the Court to the extent of 0.21HR.
