The respondent No. 1 is seeking for withdrawal of compensation amount. Admittedly, the appellant has deposited Rs. 3,15,288/- with the Reference Court and Rs. 3,87,252/- in this Court. In view of that, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% amount which is deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.
