DATED : 17-01 -202 The delay was condoned subject to planting 25 trees or by paying costs of Rs. 10,000/- whichever suits the applicants/appellants within one month from the date of order viz. 6-10-2023. The applicants chose to deposit costs of Rs. 10,000/- instead of planing trees, however, the same could not be deposited within one month.

By present application, the applicants have come up with a request that amount of Rs. 10,000/- deposited through cheque may be realized. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Registry is not processing the cheque on the ground that cheque has been not deposited within time.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The Registry shall process the cheque for realization as compliance of order dated 6-10-2023.

2 caf 135.2024.odt The Registry shall register the appeal in terms of order dated 6-10-2023 and process the same in accordance with law.

Civil Application (CAF) No. 5 of 2024 By present application, the applicants are seeking permission to deposit decreetal amount in terms of order dated 30-3-2023 passed by this Court.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for.
