DATED : AUGUST 26, 2019 This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing accompanying appeal. Notice was issued in this application and stay of the Award passed by the Reference Court was granted subject to the appellant depositing compensation amount in this Court.

There is no dispute about the fact that the amount has been deposited by the appellant in this Court. The respondent No.1 (original claimant), has appeared through counsel in this Court. Although, the prayer for condonation of delay is opposed, but, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
