For the reasons mentioned in the application praying for grant of ad-interim anticipatory bail and considering the nature of the accusations, we are of the view that the appellant is entitled for interim protection in the following terms:

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 345 of 2019, registered with the respondent No.1 Police Station, the appellant be released on provisional bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rupees Twenty Thousand. The application is disposed accordingly.
