DATED : FEBRUARY 25, 2020 By this amendment application, the petitioner seeks to amend the contempt petition to the extent that after filing of the contempt petition, the petitioner has been reinstated in service, but, the arrears of salary have not been paid even as on date. In view of above, the application for amendment is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Contempt Petition No.90/2019.

As noted above, the grievance of the petitioner now is that although she has been reinstated in service in terms of order passed by this Court, but, arrears of salary are not paid till date.

Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
