This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the review application.

After going through the contents of the application as the reasons given for delay is found to be satisfactory, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed.

Misc. Civil Application (St.No.) 23858 of 2023 1.

The applicant/respondent is seeking review of the order dated 5th October, 2023 passed by this Court. The review is sought on the ground that the SKNair

95-cao-78-24.odt applicant was not heard at the relevant time and bheind his back the order was passed.

The record shows that this Court issued notice on 26th April, 2022 which were served in the month of June 2022 and despite the same the respondent remained absent and did not engage of any lawyer of his choice and ultimately the writ petition was disposed of after more than a year.

Even on merit after going through the order dated 5th October, 2023, no error is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, as the petitioner has not made out any case, the review application is rejected.
