Application is filed for seeking relaxation of the condition imposed while granting bail. The applicant is released on bail by this Court on 27/07/2022 by observing that the charge-sheet is already filed against the present applicant however, considering the apprehension of tampering of the witnesses, the condition was imposed that, the applicant shall not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Nagpur (City), except for trial, this condition is imposed.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the present applicant of tampering the witnesses, though the investigation is completed but the trial yet to be commenced and that apprehension is still in existence. 3.
In view of that, criminal application is devoid of merits and liable to be rejected.

The criminal application is rejected.
