By this application, it is prayed that the decree passed by the trial Court restraining the present appellants from causing obstruction to the possession of the plaintiff over the suit property be stayed.
It is submitted that before the trial Court the husband of the plaintiff Vishwasrao was examined. In his cross-examination he admitted that the defendants were in cultivating possession of the suit field. On the basis of this admission, it is submitted that the decree as passed be stayed. This Court directed the parties to maintain status quo on 28-2-2017. Though time was granted to the respondent to file reply, no reply has been filed. Considering the aforesaid admission made on behalf of the plaintiff's witness, the application is disposed of
2 1108cas135.17 by directing the parties to continue to maintain status quo as per the order dated 28-2-2017.
Civil application is disposed of.
