We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner at length.

It really surprising that the order dated 04-02-2020 is not taken by the revenue Authority to its logical end till this date.

However, this Court is required to be sensitive to the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of L and T Finance Limited vs State of Maharashtra and others, reported in 2023 SCC Online (Bom) 931.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 19-03-2024, who in turn shall pass appropriate orders keeping in mind the directives given in the

Petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
