This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount in terms of order dated 11/03/2025 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No.339/20091 and other connected appeals. 03.

Since the appeal is disposed of and permission is granted to the respondents, who are the original plaintiffs, to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the appellant with this Court along with accrued interest, the civil application is allowed. 04.

The applicants have stated that applicant No.3-Shrikant Vasant Pote is holding Power of Attorney for the other applicants. 05.

In view of the above, applicant No.3- Shrikant Vasant Pote is permitted to complete all the formalities for withdrawal of the amount. However, the amount will be disbursed to all the applicants in equal proportion as directed by this Court vide order dated 11/03/2023. The civil application is disposed of.
