This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing restoration application. The appellant would submit that due to some misconception, he was not able to remove office objections within stipulated period. It is matter of record that there happened delay of more than one year, in view of that, delay stands condoned subject to appellant deposit cost of Rs. 2000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within 3 weeks from today.

This is an application for restoration of first appeal of which registration was refused for nonremoval of office objections. 5.

For the reasons stated in the application, appeal is restored subject to removal of all office objections within 4 weeks and further on condition that appellant to comply the order of payment of cost as ordered today on Civil Application No. 2339/2019. 6.
