Heard Shri Gaikwad, learned Counsel for the respondents. No one present for the petitioner. Both the respondents are present today in the Court. Due to non-compliance of the order passed by the School Tribunal, this Court issued a bailable warrant against the respondents on 13th December, 2016. There was a notice issued before admission. The respondents took that matter in Contempt Appeal No.10/2016.

It was disposed of on 19th April, 2018 by keeping all issues open. This civil application is for cancellation of the bailable warrant. I find no propriety at this stage to insist for presence of these respondents. Hence, the order.

O R D E R

1. The bailable warrant of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) issued against these respondents on 13th December, 2016 is cancelled.

2. The respondents to remain present as and when directed.

3. The application is disposed of in the above terms.

Contempt Petition No.255/2016 :

None present for the petitioner. The respondents have taken objection to the maintainability of the petition by way of reply. They are at liberty to argue this issue.

Stand over after two weeks.
