The submission is the proposal dated 27.10.2021 forwarded by the Municipal Council to the State Government that the land owned by the petitioner be deleted from the reservation has not yet decided. 3.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the State Government to decide the proposal dated 27.10.2021 forwarded to it as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today.

With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
