DATE : January 05, 2017 Perused order dated 27/10/2015 permitting the applicant to serve respondent Nos.1 and 2 by having the notice published in a daily newspaper. In paragraph 3 of the present application, it has been stated that due to unavoidable circumstances, applicant could not serve said respondents pursuant to the earlier order.

Accepting said reason, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve respondent Nos.1 and 2 by having the notice published in a daily newspaper circulated at the address mentioned in the cause title. Notice is made returnable on 28/02/2017. The appellant to take appropriate steps. Civil application is disposed of.
