This is an application for condonation of delay of 130 days caused for filing application for restoration of appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Heard learned advocate for the appellants.

Perused the application.

The learned advocate for the appellants submits that delay is not deliberately caused. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that office objections can be removed within a week and he is ready to deposit remaining Court fees within a week.

Considering this reasons, the application deserves to be allowed as under :- 6.

Application is allowed subject to deposit Court fees within a week. If it is not deposited within a week, the
