Shri Thakre, learned APP waives notice on merit. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPR) NO.342/2018 Heard Shri Babrekar, learned counsel for the applicants. This application is moved for suspension of sentence. The applicants are convicted by the of JMFC Court and the said judgment is confirmed by Sessions Judge, for the offence punishable under Section 27 and 29 read with Section 51 of Wildlife (Protection) Act and under Section 26 (1) (g) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927. They were on bail during the trial as well as during the pendency of appeal. Looking to the submissions, the application is allowed. Jail sentence is suspended till decision of the revision application. The applicants be released on bail on their furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.
