By this Application, Appellant has sought leave to file appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 9th October 2015 delivered by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.2, Digras, District Yavatmal in Regular Criminal Case No.161 of 2013, whereby the learned Trial Judge has acquitted the Accused under Sections 294, 509 and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code.
