This is an application to amend the appeal memo.

The appellant seeks to amend the appeal memo so as to claim compensation at the rate of Rs.2,00,000/- per hector which has been granted by this Court in other matters of the same village arose out of the same notification and same award.

It is stated that the appellant has not claimed the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- per hector in his reference before the trial Court.

Considering this fact, the appellant is permitted to claim Rs.2,00,000/- per hector in the appeal memo.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
