02] By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 950 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Gaikwad, learned counsel for the Applicant, under instructions, states that the Applicant shall not claim any interest for the delayed period i.e. 950 days. 04] In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
