The learned Counsel for the applicants has filed this application as the Sessions Court at Mehkar heard the applicants on 13.10.2025 finally and the matter was adjourned to 14.10.2025 for hearing of the learned A.P.P. Thereafter, the said application is listed on 27.10.2025. On 15.10.2025, by taking the matter on board, the applicants have filed the application for grant of interim protection. The said application is heard and pending before the Sessions Court and kept on 27.10.2025. Therefore, this application is filed before this Court.

As the matter is already heard by the Sessions Court, the direction is given to decide interim or decide finally Criminal Bail Application No.360/2025 on 18.10.2025.
