Heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. S.S. Jachak, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Perused the reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 1. It shows that the grievance of the petitioners, so far as limited issue involved in this petition has been addressed. Therefore, writ petition is disposed of as having served its purpose. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to resort to such other remedy as may be available to them in law for withdrawal of their grievance arising out of imposition of conditions for absorbing them.
