Since the Record and Proceedings are received, the Criminal Application (APPR) No.234 of 2024 for time to file certified copy of the impugned order, stands disposed of.

Further it appears that the applicant has also deposited 40 % of the compensation amount i.e. Rs. 7,70,400/- as per order dated 03.12.2024.

As such, the Criminal Application (APPR) No. 233 of 2024 for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment by way of default in paying compensation, also stands disposed of.
