Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition in view of the undertaking dated 02.12.2025, signed by the petitioner, stating therein that the petitioner undertakes to vacate and give peaceful possession of the suit property to the respondent on 28th February 2026.

In view of request, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
