In view of observations made in Para No.9 of the impugned order dated 24/04/2024, the petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of Central Administrative Tribunal as regards to the violation of its statutory rights which are conferred on him in view of the provisions of policy making of appointment of General Administration and equivalent in the Railways. In case, if such request is made, same be decided on its own merit without being influenced.
