Learned Counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, submits that the investigation is complete and the investigating agency may file the charge-sheet.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant no.1 submits that though the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is ready but due to the interim order of this Court dated 21/12/2016 the charge-sheet is not filed.

Learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file an application seeking discharge, if so advised. Learned Counsel

1411apl873.16.odt further submitted that though the applicant no.1 had also lodged a report against the non-applicant no.2 and the same is prior in point of time than the report lodged against the applicants, no steps are taken in the said report.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that necessary steps would be taken in the report lodged at the instance of the applicant no.1.

The criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
