Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

An innocuous prayer is made in this petition seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 15/07/2024 (Annexure-8) within a time-bound period.

Considering the fact that a prayer is reasonable, we direct Respondent No. 2, Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gadchiroli, to decide the representation dated 15/07/2024 in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
