The application is for grant of bail on the ground of delay in trial. Now, six witnesses have already been examined by the prosecution. Thus, the trial is substantially progressed. However, considering the fact that the applicant was arrested on 02.07.2021 i.e. since the last four years, he is behind bar. Learned Counsel for the applicant prayed for liberty after six months, if the trial is not concluded within six months.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with direction to the trial Court that to dispose of the trial within six months and liberty is granted to the applicant to approach this Court for grant of bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months.
