This is an application for granting stay to the execution of judgment of this Court dated 29.11.2024. 2.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

The learned advocate for the respondent strongly objected the application on the point that no action took place and no such incident took place for getting forcible possession. He, therefore, submits to reject the application.

Considering reasons stated in the application, it would be proper to grant stay to the execution of judgment of this Court dated 29.11.2024 for further six weeks. 6.

Application is partly allowed and disposed.
