Second Appeal St. No.24261/2019:
Heard.
02] The contentions are, the judgments impugned delivered in S.C.S. No.257/2004 and R.C.A. No.10/2013 are without considering the very scheme of Sections 18, 20(3) and 21(v) of the Hindu Maintenance and Adoption Act. 03] Vide the judgment dated 12/10/2021, the suit was partly decreed, wherein the appellant/defendant was directed by the Court to pay an amount of Rs.2,500/- per month to the plaintiffs. Said decree was confirmed by the appellate Court. As such, this second appeal.
04] Having heard the learned Counsel for the appellant for sometime, I hardly notice involvement of any question of law in the matter, which warrants the appeal to be entertained on merits. The appeal, as such, stands dismissed. Signed by:SANDESH DAULATRAO WAGHMARE Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge JUDGE *sandesh
