The learned advocate for the respondents seeks time. Earlier also on 26th September, 2017 this matter was adjourned at the request of the advocate appearing for the respondent No.1.

The petitioner has filed Civil Application No. 2655 of 2017 making grievance that inspite of the order passed by this Court on 8th September, 2017 directing the parties to maintain status-quo, as granted by the Industrial Court by order dated 18th August, 2017, the respondents are not permitting the petitioner to perform her duties at Mangrul Chavhala from where she is transferred.

As the respondents have not filed reply till date inspite of grant of time and considering the submission made by the petitioner in paragraph 2 of the civil application that the post at Mangrul Chavhala is still vacant, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to perform her duties by joining the post at Mangrul Chavhala. The respondents shall

2 wp5866.17 also make available to the petitioner the emoluments for which she is entitled considering that she had been at Mangrul Chavhala.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.

List the petition for further consideration on 19th March, 2018.
