Though we are satisfied that there are no sufficient reasons to grant time to the respondent - management to argue the matter before the School Tribunal, however, as the Tribunal has given adjournments and there is a change of Presiding Officer, we extend the time by one month from today. If the management does not argue the matter, it will be open for the School Tribunal to proceed ex parte against it.
