It appears that there is mismatch in the name of husband of appellant no.1-Pushpa. In the judgment, the name of deceased mentioned as "Balasaheb Patil" however on Aadhar and PAN card his name is mentioned as "Balu Patil".

The contention is that name of "Balasaheb" and "Balu" is one and the same. Therefore, the respondentRailway is directed to deposit the amount in the name of Pushpa Balu Patil, Nikhil Balu Patil and Raj Balu Patil, in accordance with latest apportionment order dated 17.12.2024.

The application stands disposed of.
