The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.840/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 105 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The applicant and his wife are the owners of the field. The deceased went to save the applicant and he died due to electric current which was passing through the field. The wife of the deceased has lodged the complaint and crime is registered. The applicant and his wife both are victims of said incident and were admitted in the hospital. The applicant is paralyzed due to said electric current. Kavita

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is attending the police station and co-operating the police machinery. The learned APP has conceded for the same. As the applicant is co-operating with the police machinery, his custodial interrogation is not required. The interim protection granted on 04/11/2025 needs to be confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

Hence, the following order- i] The application is allowed.

ii] The order dated 04/11/2025 granting adinterim anticipatory bail is confirmed. iii] The application stands disposed of.
