Heard Shri Sandip Tatke, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri H.D. Dubey, learned APP for the nonapplicant - State. The detailed reasons are already given while granting ad interim bail. Nothing is pointed out more than the reasons recorded by this Court on 29.10.2018 and 31.10.2018.

Both the parties i.e. applicants and the complainants lodged the report against each other due to quarrel on the date of incident. The offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504, 143, 147, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, are registered against the applicants.

Looking to the contents of the report, ad interim bail granted by this Court on 29.10.2018 and 31.10.2018 is hereby confirmed.
