This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company. The applicants are the original claimants and it is submitted that they are entitled for withdrawal of the amount.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount deposited along with accrued interest thereon.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
