Considering the facts of the case and accepting the statement made on behalf of the appellant that any other crime / offence is not registered against him, following interim order is passed:

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.139/2018 registered by the respondent No.1 / State, the appellant be released on bail provisionally, until further orders, on executing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand).
