DATED : 08/01/2019 Heard.

The petitioner - husband has challenged the order passed by the learned District Judge directing him to pay Rs. 17,000/- to the respondent - wife towards the litigation expenses.

After going through the impugned order, I find that the learned District Judge has considered the relevant facts in para no. 4 of the impugned order. The learned District Judge has judiciously exercised the powers vested in him and has not committed any patent illegality or error of jurisdiction.

I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Ansari
