By this appellation, the appellants seek condonation of delay in filing restoration application of the first appeal of which registration was refused for failure to remove office objection. Learned Counsel for applicants submits that there is delay of 64 days in filing the application which occurred on account of the fact that they were unaware about order of refusal of registration.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, delay of 64 days in filing the appeal is condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 1000/- to be paid by the appellants to the High Court Bar Association Library, Bench at Nagpur within a period of two weeks from today.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
M.C.A. St. No.24292/2025 By this application the applicants seek restoration of the first appeal of which registration was refused by order dated 22-07-2025 for failure to remove the office objections. Learned Counsel for the applicants

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, application is allowed. The appellants are directed to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
After the office objections are removed the appeal be registered.
