Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the reply of the prosecution. No reasonable ground is made out by the applicant to enable this Court to consider this application. However, in the interest of justice, by way of last chance, further two weeks' time is granted to the applicant to comply with the order of this Court passed on 28/01/2016 and this period shall come to an end on 4th January, 2017. If the applicant fails to comply with the order of this Court latest by 4th of January, 2017, he shall surrender before the police on 5th January, 2017 and the applicant shall also be liable to face the proceedings in terms of order dated 28/01/2016.
