The Appellants are the wife and daughter of deceased Sanjay Gotmare, who died in a vehicular accident on 6.10.2004. He was the sole bread winner of the family.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Civil Application for expeditious hearing of the First Appeal is granted.

Considering the request made by learned counsel appearing for the appellants as also long lapse of time since the date of incident as well as filing of the

appeal, which has remained pending for almost seven years in this Court, the First Appeal shall be listed for final hearing on 16.1.2020.

Since none has appeared for the contesting Respondents, namely Respondent no.2 - New India Assurance Co. Ltd, the appellants are directed to inform the learned counsel on record about listing of First Appeal for final hearing on 16.1.2020.

First Appeal be listed for final hearing on 16.1.2020.
