Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed:

The respondent no.1 - Divisional Commissioner, Amravati shall decide the revision filed by the present petitioner against the order passed by respondent no.2 - the Chief Executive Officer dated 17th October, 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. ii.

Till the decision of revision, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to impugned order dated 17th October, 2024 passed by respondent no.2 - the Chief Executive Officer. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
