DATE : 04.03.2020 Mr. Ghare, learned Counsel for petitioner in both the petitions, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Shri Prashant Gode, learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 are agreeable on the issue, that the petitions can be disposed off on the condition that the interim stay as granted by this Court on 28.08.2018 in Writ Petition 5487/18 and on 31.10.2018, in Writ Petition No.7516/18, can be continued for a period of two months and the matter be remanded to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, for decision of Appeal No.216/2018 and Revision Application No.144/2017, within a period of two months from the

914 WP 7516-2018 and 5487-2018.odt date of receipt of the order of this Court, in light of which, Writ Petition No.5287/18 and 7516/18, are disposed off in the following terms.

(A) The Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, is hereby directed to decide Appeal No.216/18 and Revision Application No.144/2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur. (B) The interim stay as granted by this Court by order dated 28.08.2018 in Writ Petition No.5287/18 and by order dated 31.10.2018, in Writ Petition No.7516/18 is continued for a period of two months, from the date of receipt of this order by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur.

(C) The parties to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner, in both the above proceedings, on 09.03.2020. Petitions are disposed off accordingly. No costs. JUDGE J.Pethe
