Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for recalling of Non Bailable Warrants issued against the applicants and for permission to deposit the amount, as directed by this Court by its order dated 08.07.2019 and subsequent order dated 03.12.2019.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in compliance to the earlier order dated 08.07.2019, the applicants have deposited the amount of Rs.20,000/- and has further submitted that in compliance with the subsequent order dated 03.12.2019, the applicants have further deposited the amount of Rs.10,000/- with the Registry of this Court on 06.12.2019.

0801appp1901.19 The record reveals that the order to issue Non Bailable Warrants against the applicants came to be passed due to non-compliance of above orders. The learned counsel for the applicants has placed on record Pursis No. 5994 of 2019 establishing payment of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) and Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) respectively on 06.12.2019 by cheques.

The learned counsel on instructions makes a statement that the cheques are already honoured. In view of the statement made as aforesaid and as the applicants are found to have complied with both the orders, Non Bailable Warrants are recalled and the same be called back unexecuted. Criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
