(Dated : 11/12/2021) Both the parties have settled their claim as per the compromise pursis filed in Form '

. The claimants are identified by Shri C. A. Anthony, learned Advocate for the appellant. The compromise pursis is verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have admitted that they have accepted the terms of compromise pursis. The award be drawn in terms of compromise pursis. As per the compromise pursis, the respondent No.1 has waived Rs.50,000/- from the decretal amount. The respondents are entitled to receive the decretal amount. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount. The court fee be refunded to the appellant as per the rules. The appellant is entitled to withdraw Rs.50,000/-, if deposited in the Court. In view of the compromise pursis, the present matter is disposed of accordingly.
