By the ad-interim order, dated 10.04.2015, we had only stayed the recovery. While admitting the writ petition on 19.01.2016, we had confirmed the order dated 10.04.2015, thereby continuing the order staying the recovery. Though a prayer is made in the writ petition for staying the effect and operation of the letters, dated 10.12.2014 and 25.11.2014 during the pendency of the writ petition, we have not granted the interim relief in those terms and have only granted interim stay of recovery. If that is so, the application need not have been filed by the applicantsrespondents. Since the issue involved in the writ petition pertains to the payment of monetary benefits to several employees of the F.D.C.M. and since some of the employees of the F.D.C.M., that are the members of the petitionerAssociation have retired on attaining the age of superannuation, the writ petition may be listed for final hearing in the second week of April-2017.
